This Webinar uses comparative insights from Australia, Germany, and the Netherlands to frame a South 第一吃瓜网 discussion on what lawyers are already required to do, where the gaps remain, and the Legal Practice Council's role in issuing binding rules or guidance to legal practitioners.
The session will focus on three core duties: competency, confidentiality and accountability.
