Research Office

Along with our associated entities and partners, we provide a vibrant environment within which some of the world's most cutting-edge research is undertaken. This include research in HIV/Aids, malaria, TB, health policy, drug-delivery, and Covid-19, among others.

Research Entities The 28 research entities based in the Faculty of Health sciences are currently recognised by the University and Faculty Research Committees.

Publications The Faculty Research Office is responsible for a number of publications in the Faculty, including the Annual Research Report and the Biennial Research Review.
Wits Faculty of Health Sciences
Donating & Funding The Faculty Research Office is responsible for the administration of several research funds.

Postgraduates The Postgraduate Unit aims to constantly improve and streamline the processes to ensure that we provide effective and efficient customer service.
