The nature and purpose of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in South Africa鈥檚 political economy; their performance, with reference to their eff ectiveness and ability to deliver on their developmental mandates; and through enhanced cooperation with the private sector, how
such triangular engagement could assist in addressing the country鈥檚 low-growth trajectory and
prospects for economic recovery.
