Prof M Ramokgopa was invited to present at the “First Seminar of Surgical Anatomy “Pelvic – Acetabulume & Periprosthetic Fractures” as well as in the First Multiconference “Multidisplinary Approach to Polytrauma Patient” held at the University Hospital Attiko and in Cultural Center Stavros Niarchos Foundation in Greece.

Registrars Congress

Dr P Ojwang won the prize at the annual South ��һ�Թ�� Orthopaedic Association Registrars Congress in 2016. The talk was entitled “Frozen Shoulder”

Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Conference

Some members of WORC (Wits Orthopaedics Research Committee) attended the 2^nd Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine Conference that was held at the Vaal University of Technology, Vanderbijlpark. The Conference ran for 4 days (26^th to the 30^th of July 2017), and provided a conducive environment for networking and creating collaborations with established researchers in the field.
