Call for Abstracts
Deadline for submission of the abstracts is Tuesday, 30 June 2026
Abstracts are invited for presentations aligned with the following themes:
- Clinical Excellence, Translational Therapeutics & Implementation
- Global Health and Health Systems
- Brain Health Across the Lifespan – From Molecules to Society
- Digital Health, Innovation & Ethical Use of AI in Health Systems
- Precision Medicine, Omics & Computational Health

Research Day Presentations
Prospective presenters may indicate their preferred presentation format (i.e., oral or poster presentation). However, the final decision regarding acceptance of abstracts and the presentation format lies with the Scientific Committee.
Detailed guidelines on oral and poster presentations will be provided after the abstract is accepted.
Important notes on the abstract submission:
1. Early-stage research or proposed studies may be submitted. However, abstracts selected for presentation must include results by the time of the Faculty Research Day (17 September 2026).
2. A maximum of one poster and one oral presentation can be submitted by the same person (as the presenting author).
3. Abstracts must be written in English.
4. Abstracts must be no more than 250 words (must include the following headings: Background/Introduction, Aim/Objectives, Methods, Results/Findings, Conclusion, Implications).
5. Short, specific titles and standard abbreviations must be used.
6. Abstracts must be typed in Arial, font size 11, single line spacing.
