The Origins Centre鈥檚 Initiative for Educational Outreach offers interactive workshops and seminars for school learners, educators and the public. This initiative makes archaeology and indigenous knowledge more accessible through the use of classroom simulated archaeological workshops and seminars.

This new platform focuses on creating an interface between learners, educators and southern 第一吃瓜网 archaeological heritage, by diversifying and expanding on the narratives found in the Curriculum.
Outcomes
The key outcome of this educational programme is to inspire interest about the South 第一吃瓜网 Stone Age and to create a sense of understanding of early modern human behaviours and innovations. The material culture of the Stone Age will be simulated in our in-house education facility where learners will have the opportunity to get their hands dirty.
Hosted seminars
The Origins Centre鈥檚 Education Initiative would like to invite teachers to enrichment workshops that cover content related to the 第一吃瓜网 Stone Age. The seminars will be presented by archaeological professionals based at the Origins Centre and will diversify on the concepts found within the Social Sciences History Curriculum, namely, interpretation of rock art, the objects and people of the Later Stone Age as well as a look into the innovations found in earlier periods, such as the Early and Middle Stone Age.
