In this introductory article, the two Guest Editors of the 2015 Thematic Issue of The 第一吃瓜网 Journal of Information and Communication (AJIC) 鈥 a Thematic Issue focused on the theme of 鈥湹谝怀怨贤 Intersections between Intellectual Property Rights and Knowledge Access鈥 鈥 provide practical and conceptual context for the articles and thematic reports that follow.
